The bike itself is fantastic—sturdy, well-designed, with great performance and a smooth riding experience. The navigation feature is a great addition. I recently went on a ride in a rural area with poor reception, and the navigation system worked flawlessly, allowing me to explore further and enjoy the adventure even more.

There are a lot of hills in my area, and this bike tackled them all with ease. Highly recommend!

The bike arrived and took me about 30 minutes to assemble—the instructional video made it so simple! This bike is an absolute blast to ride. The torque sensor makes pedaling effortless while still giving you a solid workout. And if you need an extra boost, the throttle by your left thumb is a game-changer.

The assist is fantastic for tackling hills and makes the entire riding experience much more enjoyable. We love riding our hybrid bikes—they glide so effortlessly!

I'm pleasantly surprised that this bike, which I got to replace my stolen Specialized e-bike, has outperformed my old ride in multiple ways. It’s incredibly smart and packed with features like a cafe lock, dual riding modes, pedal assist, and an extremely bright headlight. The range is fantastic too! I've already put nearly 100 miles on it, and I'm absolutely loving it.

I absolutely love the integrated design of the display and headlight. I've always disliked having multiple items—like cables and accessories—cluttering the handlebar. The layout of the cables and display on this bike is fantastic, giving it a neat and clean appearance.

I got this ebike Costco warehouse in Vancouver. It’s amazing! Your other bike, Ebgo, right next to it looks like some old ugly bike made 10 years ago. And charging more?, and I don’t get why you even sell that. I will give you 4 star for that.

This bike is perfect for me! It lets me ride with my family on city streets, trails, and light dirt paths with ease. I can choose how much exercise I get without the stress of tackling hills. The lights are excellent safety features and work flawlessly.

Tried the adventure mode, but I prefer the commuting mode, which is much smoother and more comfortable for daily rides.

So far, I've logged almost 300 miles on the bike, giving me plenty of range for both daily commutes and weekend adventures.
