Losing the key to your e-bike can indeed be a stressful ordeal, but don't worry, we're here to assist. To begin the replacement process, please locate the key number on your bike frame, as illustrated in the accompanying photo.
Once you have this number, proceed to place your order and ensure to include the key number and your bike model(Hybrid , Hybrid Pro or Hybrid CSC) in the notes section. We will expedite the shipment of your replacement key, aiming to get it to you as swiftly as we can. Your order will be canceled if you do not provide both pieces of information.
