Bike Feature Highlight Discover the edge of Favorite Bikes, our patented features include the smart system with an integrated LG display, powerful 1600-lumen lights, and an intelligent lock that works with a passcode, RFID, or our app. The lighting system adjusts with speed and ambient brightness, with manual adjustments made via the + and - buttons (read the operation manual for details). The bike features turn-by-turn navigation and over-the-air updates, promising more exciting features in the future.

2. Test Ride Importance Our distinctive features will spark your curiosity to test ride our bikes. Feel the difference between Favorite Bikes and the rest as you explore two riding modes - commuting and off-roading. Experience a natural ride in commuting mode, and enjoy enhanced acceleration in off-road mode. Both the hybrid pro and hybrid models ensure a smooth ride. Notably, the hybrid pro features a superior magnetic torque sensor, providing an unmatched riding experience. At Favorite Bikes, we strive to deliver superior quality bikes. Despite our stringent manufacturing and assembly processes, a small percentage of bikes may face issues. We value transparency, hence we share relevant data and potential issues with our partners. Continual data collection enables us to enhance our Quality Control practices. 1. Assembly: Refer to the assembly manual to assemble the bike. A common mistake on page 12 involves the 8-pin connector being pushed in the wrong direction. Check the male and female connectors, ensure they align, and press the connector all the way in.

2. Test Ride: After assembly, test ride the bike, pressing the throttle to the end. We've noted a 4/1000 error code 22 occurrence when the throttle is fully pressed. (Require throttle calibration). Batches after May 2023 did not experience this issue anymore.

3. Throttle Clearance: Verify there is enough clearance between the throttle and button. If not, the button may interfere with the throttle.

4. Sleep Mode: Inform customers that the RFID and Bluetooth switch to sleep mode after 3 days or if the battery is removed. To reactivate, press and hold the power button until the display lights up. The majority of service tickets relate to the bike not turning on due to sleep mode activation. This period can be adjusted in the basic settings.

5. Lock Function: Ensure the lock functions correctly. There has been a 1/1000 reported case of faulty unlocking.

6. Battery Charging: Let customers know that after a full charging cycle, the charger will not charge another battery unless reset by unplugging it from the outlet. This safety feature encourages users to unplug the charger after use. Some customers may mistake this for a battery issue.
